The correct approach is a 4 week enforced lock down.

During that uncomfortable time the people with mild versions of the virus will stay at home and not spread it. When they lock down ends they won't be infective. Then they can get back to work.

By the end of a 4 week lock down period those who become moderately or severely ill would also be identified.

The wrong approach as advocated by Trumpists will absolutely guarantee a complete economic meltdown (if that hasn't already happened) because millions will die while those not infected hide in the homes for many months.
