    bit of dik move... a day before the payment =/
    add to insult - balance sheet is expected to be strong, I also think gov projects will keep it that way.

    this move does more damage than good, on a day when SP should be up %10+ fuked the sentiment really good.

    was going to buy into this dip, but i'll wait till sub $2 now.
