in general MB seems to be searching for something to hang his hat on in regard a complaint to ASIC or a class action. I have not yet seen the smoking gun here unfortunately.
in my view they were setting expectations which were just far too hopeful. Maybe you are allowed to do that and get away with it - but I think they should have come clean with us about just how difficult things have been.
Most companies give realistic guidance that they have a good chance of meeting and focus on getting it done quarter after quarter. In this way a reputation for delivering is established
LNGL has the opposite reputation through years of not meeting the expectations they set for themselves. For this reason anything they say about time frames should be assumed to be optimistic or extremely optimistic or it may not happen at all.
