    WGO has 709 million shares
    STX has 1,710 million shares

    If both sides want to keep 50% of WE2

    Strike has to offer 709/1,710= 2.4 STX shares for 1 WGO share.

    1.2 is half of that.

    From the company presentation:
    'West Erregulla is the sweet spot – Kingia formation trends deeper to the south'

    May be this was in response to the offer? May be they are saying 'your tenements to the south has not much value'?
