I think its just to get approval now for what might be required latter on.
I phone the company last week for a chat and was told that they all are not sitting on their hands but as you would expect they are looking at all options. Without anything definite being said, I got the feeling that a merger was a most likely option. It was said that a number of companies are having a look and an intersting match up could be with a company with a lot of cash that is running out of Gold. ie IGR has the gold and x company has the cash. I suggested that surely IGR price is too low for a deal and of couse the obvious was stated back to ie the other company is too cheap too. Could be some interesting news down the track. Wish I had the guts to top up , but I have a lot anyway.Could be some regrets later on.
