I personally wouldn't trade the xjo at night, unless I already held a position from the day. That's justme... Trading that spread is a biotch.

What are you reasons for entry? hope of riches or do you have a good idea as to why you think the index will go up?

If you have no idea, then you won't be able to figure why a trade went in your favour or against, and refinement of your strategy will be a long and hard process... or you could get (create, learn, buy wotever) a strategy, test it with paper, see if it works and proceed with caution to a true money entry... that way you will have a knowledge of what you are risking and a little idea of who you are and how you react to stress.
