They should go into care and maintenance mode until this crisis is over and the oil price starts to recover.
We are not a charity and I doubt all the contractors are Australian anyway so its time to reduce staff and all the directors should agree to at least a 50% pay cut.
Everyone is hurting around the world right now so everyone needs to make sacrifices to save the company including the directors who are still currently getting very well paid.
Preserving the cash is what they should be doing right now so that the company can survive and later benefit when the recovery starts.
