Long term 5 years is standard in the industry..
also the agreement is only going to be enough for Yibin first intial stage 1 of the plant 20,000 tons pa which will go into production later this year, obviously Yibin need the spodumene contract now.
stage 2 / 100,000pa will require far more and the PLS agreement does not meet this requirement.
PLS will not be able to compete with pricing with AVZ product when AVZ commence mining.
IMO neither will product from Greenbushes .
