Oh Dear DB.... your current assumption.... is 'on point' with other recent 'assumptions'.... such as:
- The longer PE is delayed the better position FAR are in...hmmmm
- $600m compo on PE win ...hmmmmm
- Funding only A$150 for full development...hmmmm

I posted that finance had 'fallen over'.... weeks ago... I will not reveal my source..... the Industry is very small....
Time for an administrator to take control and save what ever cash is left... and sell the asset for whatever they can get....imo
