Yep, there's just something about it that reads like "we can't say too much about how our bid is progressing, but we have very high confidence that we will be the preferred bidder". Little phrases like "we look forward to working even more closely with the Government". Plus why would SYA's no-brainer support for a govt initiative be deemed price sensitive (acknowledging that it's the ASX that makes the final call on this, not the company)?
I only have a small stake right now and have been 50-50 as to whether to put in some more, but becoming more tempted after this....
