And to complete the pandemic delight, Democrats and republican cannot agree on a plan to at least give the US economy a fighting chance for 30 days

Then there is A2
opens at 16.4 something high 16.55
then sells of to 5 minutes before the close at 15.28, closes at 15.50 then after the 10 mins. closes at 15.90 with a bid of 15.58 and ask 15.90

so in 5 mins went from 15.28 to 15.90

can someone, anyone explain this to me?

This crossed my screen as I am typing, they did agree on a package here...at 130 am
