There's no concern for that. It's your own phone and your own germ. Didn't you listen to Chief medical officer who advised people to cough into tissue or elbow. Your own virus or germ won't infect you because you coughed. You're already a host who carried that virus/germs in your body. For hygiene which everyone should do is to wipe your phone with disinfectant after cough. I see no concern at all.
