    It is fluff indeed. I really wish management will just concentrate on the here and now. Seriously, I dare bet this will be another debacle in the making. Reason is quite simply RAP do not have enough resources there to conduct these trials in so many places. And if they do, then their operating cost is going to blow out. They are going to bugger it up and then say it is useless. When will this management ever learn! I am not happy with this announcement at all.
