well being too cautious might not bring the promised fruits as well. this business is cut throat and some -calculated- risk needs to be taken. look at NST and Saracan. when there is blood in the street that's when you take risk. i find their managent too laid back and risk averse. whilst it is good to be cautious about the results it can eventually blind you and loose track of the bigger picture. this management seems weak and they need to seriously refelct on their performance and strategy.
