Would be extremely unwise to get rid of the Founder and CEO. I agree that historically, share price performance has been curtailed due to frequent capital raises which diluted shareholders and kept share prices down, but these raises were in the long term interest of the business to enable rapid growth and market leadership. We are at a key point in time now. I can't think of a better time to enter. Shareholder value from today's level over the next 24 months will be extraordinary. Don't be surprised to see a 5-Disallowed over the next few years from these levels.
