Another ASX biotech in which Karst Peak Capital was invested was Viralytics, which was taken out by Merck in early 2018.
At the time of takeover, Karst Peak Capital was the No. 3 shareholder, holding 4.6% of the company.
Baker Bros. was also a Top 10 shareholder, with 3.9%.
Perhaps worth noting that neither was listed in Top 20 shareholder list in VLA's previous Annual Report. It seems likely an HSBC nominee account was used.
