@pierogi; I've Chinese Australian friends with family still living in China as well as business contacts whose service sector companies operate within China.
Their collective message is that China is progressively allowing companies to resume operations while maintaining a very high state of alert and pretty rigid, invasive monitoring and tracking.
Where that control regime is being challenged is in the return of wealthy and influential Chinese business people returning from travel overseas who would like to skip the checks and isolation because as with the likes of Peter Dutrton and Scott Morrison, they consider themselves to be 'chosen ones'.
