CR doesn't make sense at all. the company is profitable, they arent burning cash. And have no infrastructure plans, nor aqcuisitions beyond the present - 80% of the shares are held by insiders 40% in two directors. Why would they devalue their own shares with no apparent reason?
Ofcourse its always a possibility, but if your reasoning is simply an investor presentation, the Professor said he participated as a way of updating the market on the recent coronavirus events.
