If someone is let go by their employer their are entitled. You are assuming that all hairdressers are self employed. They aren't. Hairdressers usually have an owner and staff. If the owner shuts it down the staff are unemployed aren't they. R u saying they are different to other employees in retail or whatever? The owner is not the only one working in a salon.
