So it appears FAR better get their materially conpromised disucssions wuth senior and junior debt financiers sorted sooner rather than later.
What a time to not even have senior debt finalised, particularly when making a comment that 'the underwriters have not withdrawn from their committment' which indicates they can withdraw....
Have the lenders already withdrawn? FAR made no mention of the lenders and technically the senior debt doesnt fall over until the underwriters walk away so an ASX ann could be avoided until then...
