I see you have a sentiment of long term buy.
While waiting for a rising sp with vol would normally be the prudent investors choice, many a millionaire was made by buying up the right stocks (each to their own opinion)in bear mkts.
Buy when there is blood in the streets!
Generally, the bigger the bear cut, the louder the bull roar!
Whilst I have a lot of time for the Cap'n, he is not always right (as are all of us), but in the case of OEL, he has a particular axe to grind, viz...Jaap Poll, in relation to some previous massive pain...think of URA and you'll know what I mean!
