I'm the same. In this environment I do not hold overnight unless I absolutely have to (such as purchased last 15 minutes of the day). I have missed gap ups, but saved a lot of money on gap downs. The best thing you can do in daytrading is stop losses. I do that all the time. This ensure I preserve capital. One that I did not put a stop loss on is LPD. Down over 70% from my purchase price, and CE1. Got in at 6c on that one, by mistake. Didn't have a stop loss and still hold it
