Prior to these following verses, the talk is predominantly about God and what He said.
Greek Truth ->3rd person speaking -> 9-10 You have love righteousness and hated wickedness; because of this, has anointed you ->the God, the God -> of you , with oil of exaltation, above the companions of you.
And: You ->(now talking about the God & Father AGAIN) in beginning, LORD (Yahweh), of the earth laid the foundation, and the works of the hands of you are the heavens.

The "hand of you" referenced here means -> the word of you -> Psa 33:6 By the Word of Yahweh were the heavens made.......
Isa 44:24 - Thus saith Yahweh, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I Yahweh that maketh allthings; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

This anointing referred to -> Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the LORD (Yahweh) is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the good news (the word) to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

The second reference of God here is to CLEARLY show who the first God mentioned is referring to.
Jesus is NOT the first God referenced here.
What your trying to suggest is, Jesus anointed himself.
