I had a look at the broadcast. I think the claims seem to be hard to believe.
The broadcaster is a Falun Gong offshoot so there may be another agenda.
The claim is that the death toll is in the millions which doesn't match the progress in any other country or other cities in China. So I would suspect with out wanting to use the term that it is fake news.
It may be true with the number of subscribers but the other claims may or may not be true.
