That's a good question Sabine. I do not think the Placement/SPP shares were escrowed - they were just not entitled to the half-yearly dividend - presumably this can be tracked by the share registry. But if someone sold their Placement/SPP shares on market over the last few months, is the buyer entitled to the half-yearly dividend? I think the answer is yes. Anyone?
