In agreeing with most of your comment let me add a couple of firsthand examples of what you posted:
1. Yarrawonga - family members are really cranky that some local bozos were able to return from holidays on Bali without being processed at the airport and to ignore the requirment of self-isolaition for 14 days. The small town now has Covid infections and locals know who the culprits are.
2. Ballarat - again, family members have reported to me that bozos returning from Bali scooted through the airport and rolled up for work at a major construction company for work - the foreman had the commonsense and backbone to look the bozos in the face and sent them home [give him a medal!].
Younger people would be well-advised to study emerging US data that has already revealed 38% of Covid-19 infected people are aged between 20 and 54.
