This exchange just reinforces to me how difficult it could become for people working from home who are trying to communicate with each other using solely electronic means because of the opportunity that exists for the wrong meaning to be attributed to the written words of another. We all need those physical cues from body language and facial expressions to add meaning to what someone is saying and this will now, of necessity, be absent.Perhaps we should all be extra mindful of that during the coming weeks of isolation, I certainly will be.
