In a war, any President's ratings will go up. President Trump has received a slam dunk and I hope those figures stay solid. If those polling figures go down for any reason, economic or Wuhan virus created, I would not want to be in Beijing, Shanghai or Wuhan.
If there are air strikes and military action (including potentially conscription and nuclear strikes against Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan) taken by President Trump's Administration, as a result of the Wuhan virus, those on the mainland will suffer a similar fate of those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and unlike Tokyo, I don't think there will be a Marshall Plan response to help them out after the war.
