I watching CNBC with a fund manager stating that the dow could go to zero.

This does not reflect the true value of the companies listed on that exchange. Companies are still earning money, here are two examples Bank of America last quarter $1.8 Bill USD

Wall Mart met analysts expectations and stated that they expect the next quarter to be profitible.

If PNA went to Zero I would buy another $300k worth.

Again reason why the markets are going down is because it is a credit problem NOT a stock problem.

The markets are driven by fear not fundimentals. We are going through capitulation stage at the moment.
