hope one of you guys can help I am in the process of purchasing an acre block of land as an investment in a rural area (new subdivision)with the intention of buying it for hopefully its capital value increasing
will I have to apply for an investment loan and pay the higher rates to claim the interest on tax
will the tax man allow me to buy land as an investment without any intention of building on it.
