chawe, i spoke to garling today among other things about gdr's plight and he said two things........ firstly they have looked at much of the ground held by gdr and much prefer their own tenements....... this opinion is backed up by mco's senior geo (director) peter jackson who has crawled into every gdr dyke....... secondly he said that other people he had spoken to who were large investors in gdr previously were very dismissive of the management (some of whom have changed I think since)...... I agree though (having held gdr on and off for years), the thought of controlling all that area of the one syncline from walhalla up through woods point is a juicy prospect........
