If it can't buy stocks why has it employed it's own share management company ? where has it spent the 1 or 2 trillion dollars that it has set aside for boosting the countries economic fortunes
Do you really consider that the government and the Fed are going to take any notice of some stupid rule
The economy in general is going down the toilet and yet we have the Dow going gangbusters
it's all a great big con on the people with no connection to reality
