its time the whole country knew my name, i could easily make headline news, this is all you have to do, go to a woolworths, get a tonne of groceries, when its time to pay, use CASH, when she says NO you cant, explain to her you LEGALLY have to accept my aussie dollars as it says LEGAL TENDER throughout australia, if she still says NO, simply wheel out the groceries to your car, if the security guy tries to physically stop you, take out your smart phone and film it, and charge him with assault, than when the trial goes to court and you get charged with stealing, take it all the way, tell the judge shops legally have to accept cash as it says legal tender throughout australia, if you still get charged, call a current affair on channel 9 or today tonight and sell your story, or just call one of the 3 major networks and you might even make it on the 6pm news that legally shops cannot deny you paying cash as notes are still legal tender throughout australia, it would be if i owned a shop and said NO ASIANS or NO COLOURED PEOPLE ALLOWED, would that be allowed as its my shops and my rules right? what if i put a sign on my shop saying I DONT SERVE POLICE NO POLICE IN MY SHOP, i should be allowed to do that as its my shop and my rules, i would have a tonne of fun debating this with a judge if decided to do this and take it all the way to court, if a shop can legally stop you from using notes that are still legal tender throughout australia and its territories, until they BAN cash alltogether.
