More importantly, you think ISX (ISX's board and their reputed team of lawyers) made a false statement/declaration?

The larger question is, who should we believe, JK (CEO of ISX) or an anonymous poster with questionable history? While I agree that your posts are analytical and different from most other posts on HC, however, I now question its truthfulness as I believe it is biased mixed with hostility. Lucky that you can come back as another Alias on HC, but JK has his name and reputation on the line.
