These leverage instruments would have been fine if the Bozo in the street didn't get greedy. Also , if the Govts. of the world decided to 'limit' borrowings of citizens, then it would be construed as damaging to growth , so it's a lose- lose situation. Greed is the evil angel in this boys.[But no sense taking responsibilty for ones actions when there is someone else to blame I suppose.]
