    Necdet..i think the would be an ideal time 4 auz exc. to put out an ann on what the hell is going on..

    I dont think the goverment is going to lend 1b to a company with a non viable assert which in my op it is at present..

    i could be wrong tho its happened b4 so do your own reasearch
