Regarding expectations, II think you intend this history I describe here, but it is not spelled out. (If your angle was different, no doubt you will put me straight.)

And as was subsequently made very clear, neither was the Board.​

But the FOMO building up to that Ann was such that we had Tom, Dick, Harry, along with Martha, Joan and (it seemed) perhaps 90% of all ASX day traders on board by the time the Ann came out. 4DS accordingly ran quickly to 13c on expectation, but even more quickly plummeted when it was revealed that shock, horror, there would be more iterations and therefore fortunes would not be made on that fateful day.​

Judging by the HC conversations before and since, I think it is fair to say that there is a LOT more industry-specific knowledge shared these days. And some broader awareness that iterations are part and parcel of semiconductor development best practice.​

Many have continued to hold based at least partially on the regularly quoted view that the race gets easier the closer we get to the finish line. Many are indeed "rusted on". And those on this forum have heard and noted that the Board is not driven to maximise the 4DS MC at any intermediate point.

All of which is to say that I think the Board will release information when it thinks it has completed a particular phase, step, iteration. That is what has occured before and I don't think these gentlemen see any reason to change their modus operandi.
