• Liz the current CFO at ISX would have organised and orchestrated all this to assist JK is phoenixing the business and moving ISX over shes 100% in on it.
• Seed investors and JKL who ran this business for 4 years since 2011 with 20+ staff and built the whole platform until the float did it all for $4m 100% make total sense
• JK & seed investors also decided to keep $500m shares and not sell much when they were smashing $1.70 instead even after the bounce at $1.20 after the big drop and recovery which you also bought in at they decided it was better to keep their shares.
• JK and his staff have been here since the start who have spent 8 years building this fake company to make a quick few million at the end.
• Also, all these Tier 1 licences were for shits and giggles whilst they built this smokescreen of a company with the likes of VISA , Mastercard etc!
• The best part is with the 10+ yearly audits by well know organisations, I mean JK definitely has pulled the wool over all their eyes for the last 5 years over and over again.
• APRA is also run by morons who have now used ISX as a leading example of proper KYC to the senate, I mean morons for falling for this smoke screen of a company right.
• Then there is the Council of Financial Regulator (CFR), this whole group has also had the wool pulled over their eyes, you would think The Council of Financial Regulators (CFR) being the coordinating body for Australia’s main financial regulatory agencies would see through ISX's bullshit. Just to remind everyone here who the CFR is made up of There are four members – the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and The Treasury. The Reserve Bank Governor chairs the CFR and the RBA provides secretariat support. This clowns ALL fell for ISX bullshit too right and even though ISX has presented to them somehow they all fell for it....to think JK knows many of the heads of these entities by their first names.....also morons right
