that is exactly my thought the sector would have been aware of systemic risk,i doubt anyone truly appreciated the magnitude of our current position,and lastly before taking the decision to liquidate the positions i am sure they rang their insurer first,sought appropriate legal advice,i sympathise with some of the clients,not all,but it would appear they have been subjected to contractual risk,nothing like equality under a contract.
