I built a large house near the sea in southern subs Adelaied 2yrs ago, 18mths ago I got sucked into all the doomsday talk and thought I'll sell my house and down size later after renting for 12mths. DOH The house I sold went up in value and the smaller house I brought last yr to downsize cost a fair bit more than when I sold my house.
So am I going to sell my investment properties? HELL NO. Property is long term, I might sell in 15yrs.
