good onya andy for being honest....and thats exactly what will happen to steve keen.....there were quite a few on hc around 2000 who bragged they had sold the house and would rent....then re-enter later....stocko was one of them I think..lucky for me that I started buying then...contrary investing probably the same types now saying the stock market has bottomed and they are buying up.... there will be a lot of people like me who will stay away from the stocks for along time...lost total faith in the market.... the market is jittery due to the US elections as well as all the other crisis...so dont expect much confidence before 2009
