Given Mr Van Der Wielen CEO of HBF notes re private hospital elective surgery:
"It is highly likely a backlog will build up in elective surgery, knees and hips are a very good example, they will still occur but perhaps not in the next three months."....(at least I would have thought)
... surely at this moment in time it would be safer and preferable to administer PPS rather than opiods
