Again 88 , Norwood Systems is a spec stock , I’m not sure at this point in time how fundamentals is going to be applied here without taking other factors into consideration . The company has dedicated the last 24 months , time , research and finance towards a new voicemail platform . Revenues should increase once new telco deals are finalised and until this can occur in a more frequent manner fundamentals will not provide a reliable platform for investors . If you are asking me is the stock price wrong , I would say yes as it is still well below the 6’s prior to the virus disruption that has affected all markets . imo
