"Millions of dollars waiting to be paid out to customers".... That is the airlines issue isn't it, not Webjets? Sure, the admin and processing fees will hit Webjet, but the actually refunding of the tickets will be mostly passed straight to the airlines. You are not booking flights with Webjet. You are booking flights via Webjet.
