Thanks Dion77 ... you have a much larger area , and a vastly different market to Victoria . I have done " bits and pieces " up there , but really dont know the areas well enough to comment .
In general my gut feeling is you are correct , its a vastly different situation . I was suprised when last there how much the prices had been on the rise .
