The problem with this idea, jongo, is that there is LOTS of vacant land at Karratha and it is inherent virtually worthless. The shortage of land there is artificial, deriving from delays in rezoning or building water pipes or some other fundamentally bogus reason. One would be unwise to assume that this artificial land shortage will continue indefinitely.
Whereas in large cities, they fundamentally are not making any more conveniently accessible land.
