let me get this straight, we're in the worst financial crisis since the great depression, we have the most overvalued home prices in the world, unemployment is set to rise significantly and recession coming YET there is people on here saying prices wont fall???
this only tells me one thing, to many people have bought into an asset class they dont understand. property in australia has become a punters paradise
