What you describe is presumably pure fantasy. But even if it isn't surely what you have described is good management?
What do you think JW should have done? As you say there is a serious risk that the buyer walks. So closing the deal is good? But somehow is reprehensible??
Ravenswood is struggling. Selling it for value is a great outcome. The announcement confirms the settlement of the sale was as per the terms previously published. So there has been no renegotiation. Just a closed deal.
Why the Resolute assets keep under performing is a serious question. But your conspiracy theories are rubbish.
I am happy to call crap out as crap. But there is no crap in today's announcement. Seems straightforward.
