If a bid comes in these market conditions... I believe it will be a JV with a Chinese company.

100-200 million for 50% would be my punt in these market conditions.

This would provide a future for LTR, get LTR ready for the next lithium boom and be comparative to the KDR 50% deal years ago. It would also get rid of the need for further CR.

Now If a JV/hostile bid doesn't happen over the next 6-12 months, we will possibly need a CR to complete the DFS/other activity's. The PFS will just be what we expected a few months back and the drill bit has already spoken = speculation/discovery hype is dropping significantly, all whilst we're living in a pandemic.
