@Tarvold At the end of the trail of links you provide I read this from the Australian TGA.

"Zoono Z-71 Microbe Shield Surface Sanitiser is an effective disinfectant for hard surfaces against germs, bacteria and COVID-19. Not to be used on medical devices or other therapeutic goods. Not to be used onskin."

This falls short of support for Zoono's claims that it's products are based on 'The Zoono Molecule' which when sprayed on surfaces in water solution bonds to them and when dry provides long lasting protection against the SARS-CoV-2 virus or its officially recognized surrogate for up to 28 days.

It is my opinion that the Company has engaged in systematic dis-information by failing to publish for consumers and share-holders the full contents of Scientific Reports which the Company says validates those claims, using as excuse that to do so would endanger Company trade secrets or risk plagiarism.

I would change my opinion immediately upon the release of the alleged Reports which validate the Company's claims, or official advice from an Australian regulatory authority that those Reports exist and support the claims.

I am following up on these issues because in the current global emergency to rely on claims such as Zoono Group Limited makes, if these claims are unsubstantial or worse, could put millions at risk of serious illness or death.

To fellow Zoono customers, and shareholders, my opinion as expressed above could have ramifications for your use and sharing of the product if you are not wholly convinced of the Company's claims, also the closing of the on-line sales program could be more to do with lack of approval by the TGA, and hence the anticipated reopening could also. If the Company has not fully disclosed all material matters to the ASX, the ASX may request that it does so or immediately suspend trading until it does. ASX and ASIC have strong powers in that event.

I have other issues with this Company - including the overseas transfer of Australian customer's funds, at customer's own expense for purchases of product from the Zoono.com website.
I note that Zoono Group Limited is an Australian Company, whose main listing is on the ASX, resident in Sydney, holder of an Australian ABN and no doubt a registration for GST, and whose website is Zoono.com. It undoubtedly comes under the regulatory control of the ATO, AFP, ASX and ASIC.
